Fireworks Slot

Fireworks is not the most creative video slot we’ve ever seen, but then again, it has been developed by the little known Realistic Games. You shouldn’t need any added help to guess what the theme of this slot is all about; the title says it all. Fireworks features rather cheesy graphics and poor imagery. The slot offers players a 5-reel, 10-line structure to bet on, with wagers ranging from 20p up to £400 a spin. Not too many players are going to be interested in wagering 20p on a 10-line slot, even if it can offer them a non-progressive jackpot worth 5,000 coins in all.

Special features

Fireworks is quite short on bonus features if we’re being honest. There are no wild symbols for use, and there no scatters to boost your wins, and no free spins to enjoy, either. There is one solo feature you might dig, but it isn’t enough to win over most of us.

When the reels are spun, a fuse will become lit. When you land matching symbols, you have a reasonable chance that the fuse will make it all the way to rocket displayed on the screen. It doesn’t always, and naturally, when it doesn’t, nothing happens. However, if the fuse is lit the game’s singular bonus begins.

Bonus features

Players can pick a random reel in the bonus round. This reel will then contain identical symbols. All the remaining reels will be re-spun, and players are guaranteed to bag a win of some kind with this single re-spin. It’s not exactly thrilling or gripping stuff from Realistic Games. This is the best that Fireworks can offer, but it’s a long way short in our professional opinion.

Overview

Realistic Games should have a rethink about the name of their company. There is nothing terribly realistic about the Fireworks slot machine game. It lacks features, it lacks special symbols, and it lacks excitement. There are certainly not going to be too many players lining up to waste 20p a pop on this primitive, and relatively unenjoyable slot machine game.
